Terms and Conditions (Artwork)

Prices listed on this site are in USD. Conversion will be applied at the global/platform rate during time of transaction
50/50 Payment plan available – 50% upfront, 50% before receiving final delivery
Full payment may be required upfront or after sketches are shown if you are a new client.
Terms of service apply to sketches shown, even if no transaction is involved yet.
Commissions are non-refundable.

Process

Sketches can take up to 1 week to deliver depending on work schedule
Commission progress can be tracked at: trello.com/b/0VpMjPCc/himes-comms-ych *(Trello no longer allows external viewers, please contact Hime for progress updates!)
Commission delivery time may depend on artwork complexity (Estimate 2 weeks~1 month with no queue)
Please ask for updates as and when needed!
Revisions are not allowed for skeb-style commissions
Minor revisions for other commission types may be requested, additional cost may be charged if the revisions are major or applied after lineart stage. (You will be informed beforehand if the changes are chargeable.)
I will do my best to keep to the proposed timeline. You will be informed if there are any expected delays.

Cancellation Policy

If a commissioner decides to opt out midway, whatever progress that has been completed will be delivered as-is, and a revised quote will be given for the progress made. Outstanding amount will be refunded. Full refunds are not available. Cancellation is not available if the commission is already close to completion. T&Cs apply to Works In Progress too.

Payment options

Payment is accepted through Paylah and Bank Transfer within Singapore, Paypal or Ko-fi for overseas. (Ko-fi Stripe preferred) You can request a commission directly from Ko-fi or through Vgen. Alternatively, if more discussion is needed, send DM via Discord, Twitter or Instagram!

Default Usage includes: (Personal + Semi commercial)

✔ Personal use (profile picture, reposting on social media with credit)
✔ Reproducing the design for personal use (like your own mug or something XD)
✔ Using in Stream overlay/Twitch emote/Discord emote with attribution (mention in credits or panels)
✔ Using in YouTube or Tiktok thumbnail/videos with attribution (in description or visibly in video)

✘ Reselling or distribution (Reselling the art/ Putting up as an adopt)
✘ Reproducing the art for profit (Merch etc)
✘ Editing / Changing / Colouring by others or yourself (There are exceptions! Please ask first)
✘ Posting on social media art repost accounts (There are exceptions! Please ask first)
✘ Creating original characters + commercial usage based on the art (e.g Turning a descriptive custom illustration to your Vtuber avatar or mascot is not allowed. Unless it is a Design commission. Please inquire if unsure)
✘ Using as a base for your own work or for others to complete (There are exceptions! Please ask)
✘ Claiming as your own work
✘ Producing NFTs
✘ AI image generation in any way shape or from

Commercial Use (+100%~300% of commission cost)

All personal use rights will be retained
✔ Artist retains right to post on socials (Fee may be applied for non-disclosure)
✔ Commissioner agrees to attribute design credit where design/art is posted
✔ Reselling and distribution
✔ Reproduction of design to sell as merchandise
✔ Editing / Changing / Colouring by others or yourself
✔ Use as original character/Vtuber (Please credit design where applicable)
