A while ago I had the chance to try Orloj: The Prague Astronomical Clock by Perro Loko Games, and what a stunning game it is! It is gorgeously designed, and the aesthetics was what drew me to it in the first place. The board is a work of art. However, due to the vibrant and […]
4th April 2026 I have a friend who is recovering from surgery, so since its been a long time since I last saw her, we made plans to visit and play some of her neglected boardgames! She told us that years ago she backed Flamecraft’s kickstarter project because she collected things by the artist, Sandara […]
Game and toy lovers across Singapore may recognise these store names: Simply Toys, Otaku House, and Toy or Game/Comic Connection. In a recent visit to Dhoby Ghaut's Plaza Singapura, I began wondering: "How did these stores start up and how did they get to where they are today?" So I decided to take a short dive into some of our local toy stores to see if I could find more info on their humble beginnings and journey.
For my birthday this year, I had a stream dedicated to unboxing some toys and card packs! One of the items I got from Pokemon Center Singapore was a little Slowpoke cup littered with mysterious ornations... Joined by some friends, we discover what lies beneath the curious decor.
Miku Collectible Card Unboxing (Kayou) - 18th July 2024 , 22nd August 2024

January 2024 - Big Birthday Cosplay Unboxing (21st Jan 2024)
I lost count how many streams I spent at my parent's house trying to finish a Robotime Rolife Miniature Cat House (They've since removed it from their site, I can't find the product except for on 3rd party websites). In 2023, I had a series called 'The Backlogs' where it was a time on Thursdays for our community to catch up on things we've been leaving asunder. From the outside it looks like a cute little DIY Kit, but it is a world of pain and fine work that takes incredibly patience and precision. I have a newly acquired respect for anyone who attempts (and does well) this sort of DIY kit. I've also gotten a wee bit of aversion towards them now. Practice makes perfect, but I would rather spend my time on other things.
In 2023, I found a nice deal for some remaining Spy x Family Kuji merchandise at a local store! At the time, I had some Spy x Family Stickers that weren't moving too, so I thought:
Master list of 2023 Unboxing streams and photos from them!
