In 2023, we partnered with XP-Pen and Avermedia to set up a booth front and center to the convention! (We were the first thing you’d see!)
Various artists came by to do demonstrations and Classes for the convention. It was an incredibly fruitful time and one of our most jam-packed schedules for an event ever!
We had our merchandise and fanboxes out for the first time, and had the pleasure of receiving compliments and gifts from our local followers. ♡
This was also V:DO’s first Meet and Greet Event, hosting myself and Arielle on Saturday, and Kochi and Min on Sunday. Merryweather Media’s Lucius Merryweather (whose booth was right beside ours) used our set up for his digital meet and greet too! It was a fantastic time with a great turnout. Overall, a definite core memory for all of us.
Meet and Greet Experience
Honestly this cozy setup was a lot easier to work with than our initial huge debut! We had a decent microphone and could hear all the questions more clearly. (Sometimes it was still a struggle because of the loud music though ><) It was surreal seeing some of my chatters appear at our booth to chat with us and bring good vibes and presents. I was so touched by all of you who came!
