On October 23rd we sampled four cozy-to-spooky gems — Exocolonist, ILA, Chicory, and Night in the Woods — each leaving a unique impression. With my controller busted, The Sexy Brutale will have to wait, but these titles offered plenty of heart, charm, and Halloween vibes
I love the Professor Layton series with all my heart, so it was heartbreaking to find out that my VOD got muted over multiple instances of what i suspect are 1 or 2 of the background tracks in the game. So do note if you're considering this game to turn off the background music in replacement of copyright-free ones. But it is a pity, because the soundtracks and sound design are so good!
