Lego Fortnite was a HUGE update that I did not anticipate. However, because the Fortnite category is such a saturated one, unless you have already established a community around the game, it is hard to get noticed by potential new viewers while streaming it.
I held two play sessions of this game-within-a-game on 15th and 16th December 2023. Once with my husband Chewy and another with friends! It was reminiscent of Minecraft with cutesier graphics and more building features (we’re talking about Lego after all). It seemed a great effort on Fortnite’s part to port in many of their existing characters and skins to become Legos, and found the time pass quickly when engaging with the game.
