For some reason I've been hoarding these clips and hadn't uploaded any of them ORZ It's been so long that I don't even remember which stream these were from ;_; but if you'd like to view some of my cozy demo plays, check out these latest uploads! I bleh-ed 6 in total from past streams XD All thumbnail art credits and links to the games are in the video descriptions! ^_^
Thank you so much to the indie game enthusiasts who have supported this series so far! For our 4th Developer interview, we had the pleasure of speaking with Shawn, Lydia and Hanaan from Battlebrew Productions; the indie studio behind the Battlesky series and Cuisineer, which had taken off right from our sunny shores!
I have a couple of games that contacted me directly which I'll be featuring for Steam Next Fest on Thursday, 12th June from 5pm-7pm (2hr) GMT+8. Typically during my Indie game showcases, each game gets around 10-30 minutes of trial time before we move on. For games that I enjoy immensely, I will complete the demos or circle back to them later on! For games we're definitely giving a go:
ISEKAI-YA is a charming narrative visual novel from Oyen Studio, blending quirky, inclusive worldbuilding with cooking and management gameplay. Developed in Godot, the game emphasizes creative freedom, diverse characters, and imaginative food-focused storytelling.
*BOKURA: Planet* is a **two-player puzzle platformer** where players must **communicate to solve puzzles using different perspectives and hidden goals**, exploring themes of **cooperation, tension, and loneliness.**
During the Easter model debut, I revealed that I’d be returning to Hollow Knight after a two-year break, having first streamed it in May and July 2023. Excited to complete the game before Silksong, I’m finding the platforming manageable and focusing on mastering its combat, with VODs of my first three 2023 sessions now available!
Mixed Realms, a Singapore-based indie studio, is crafting **13Z: The Zodiac Trials**, a fast-paced co-op roguelike where Zodiac animal spirits compete in a chaotic celestial trial. Built in Unity, the game blends action, elemental synergies, and playful reinterpretations of Chinese folklore.
THE WAY I RAN TO RECORD THIS THAT IS ALL
RATHSOFT, a **Singapore-based indie studio founded by DigiPen grads**, is developing *Balaspire*, an approachable roguelike with **deck-building mechanics, cute animals, and a fun, cartoonish art style.**
Spring and Flowers was a delightful Valentine-season multibanner, with beautiful wardrobes, bright settings, and heartfelt stories in each card. Though I couldn’t pull all five love interests, the shorter cards made it easy to enjoy all the stories in a single sitting!
